COACHING.

Coaching means 3 things: transformation, human relationships and rebirth.

Transformation

Transformation because during each session, it is like walking the hero’s journey and taking a step towards the person you want to be.

Human relations

Human relations because thanks to coaching we get to know ourselves better and have tools to relate to other people with greater empathy, being able to better understand ourselves and others.

Rebirth

Rebirth because the new awareness we achieve propels us into a new life and makes us more aware of ourselves, our teams and the context in which we live.

METHODOLOGY.

I follow a 5-step approach:

1. Create an Alliance to establish how to work together and the way to do it.

2. Defining the Goals you want to achieve in order to have a clear vision of them.

3. Understanding the context, conditions, variables, and assumptions.

4. Courage to find internal strength and motivation by working on fears and limiting beliefs.

5. Adaptability to today’s world that moves at such a speed that requires adapting to situations as they arise.

1 to 1 COACHING.

The coaching journey is for managers and executives. The journey includes space for Communication and Relationship Styles assessment with the Bridge® Model, providing clarity on the impact they have on others and how they can switch from reactive to creative.

Managers and Executives engage in a pre-work before the first coaching session to ensure a complete fit and co-create a plan.

Each coaching journey is bespoke in content and length, I will adapt and meet you where you are.

TEAM COACHING.

Managers and Executives work together in their teams to create the impact by guiding and inspiring to the common goals. Teams are the field of communication, challenge and many times dis-comfort, being creative in teams means to achieve alignment, cohesion and trust.

All team coaching journeys begin with a diagnosis of the behaviours to assess at what stage the team is at the start of the journey. The Sikkhona® Model provides the initial picture from where the journey to cohesion, trust and interdependence begins.
