Meet Me
My story with coaching started when I was 14. A coma changed my life and my identity. That experience shaped my decision to give back and support people in their growth. I’m also a father of four daughters an everyday reminder that relationships are where we learn the most.
My story
A turning point
In 2016, while working across Eastern Europe, I saw how leadership can transform people when it is grounded in clarity and genuine connection. That’s when I shifted my focus from “doing more” to “being better with people” and to making leadership development practical, human, and sustainable.

HUMAN RELATIONSHIP FOCUS
Since a child I couldn’t stop my mouth from laughing with joy when walking towards a friend, I still do, and now I do the same when working in the awakening consciousness in relationships.
MAKE THINGS SIMPLE
When things are simple they are understood and when understood they are done. This goes in all aspects of life from work, to fun, to relationships and above. Simplicity and clarity are to me leaning forward to truth.
CONTINUOUS EVOLUTION
We are nature and nature evolves. The world we live in is in constant evolution, change and transformation, and we need to adapt to this context and keep its pace.
