Who I am.
Back in 2016 I was working in East Europe with the head of a team of 25 people, during a conversation the person started talking her own language and expressing her vision with such clarity and assertiveness that generated in her the insight of transformation and in me the clarity that my job should refocus on people rather than only on processes, it was a defining moment in my career change

HUMAN RELATIONSHIP FOCUS
Since a child I couldn’t stop my mouth from laughing with joy when walking towards a friend, I still do, and now I do the same when working in the awakening consciousness in relationships.
MAKE THINGS SIMPLE
When things are simple they are understood and when understood they are done. This goes in all aspects of life from work, to fun, to relationships and above. Simplicity and clarity are to me leaning forward to truth.
CONTINUOUS EVOLUTION
We are nature and nature evolves. The world we live in is in constant evolution, change and transformation, and we need to adapt to this context and keep its pace.
